Returns

- Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tag must be attached.
- Returns are at your own expense.
- Save the shipping receipt.
- Returns will be processed approximately within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Order Process
Allow the Order to be processed within 3 days (excl. weekends). Swiss order are tracked and shipped out from Switzerland and European orders are tracked and shipped out from Germany. Orders placed outside of the European Union (EU) & Switzerland may incur additional VAT and custom fees which the purchaser will be required to pay. The costs incurred vary widely from country to country, please check with your local Customs authority for more information.
